Minimum charge: For any job covering less than 35 acres, we have a minimum fee of $500.
Mileage Charges:

If your property is within 25 miles of our location in Dundee, OH, there is no mileage charge.

For locations beyond 25 miles, there is a charge of $2 per mile for the additional distance.
