How does my customer leave a review for me?
This article answers the questions on how to leave a review for a pilot.
When a customer hires you they will receive a series of text prompts. First, they'll be asked to confirm if they hired a pilot by selecting "Yes." If they do, the next prompt will ask them which pilot they hired. If they requested multiple pilots information, they’ll be prompted to confirm which pilot they hired.
After selecting "Yes," they’ll be given the option to leave a review, which is how reviews are currently collected. This is the only method we have in place for reviews at the moment.
