DJI Coverage
This info is to help customers understand what DJI Coverage does for you.
The drone kits we sell come with 12-month DJI Care Enterprise Basic package, meaning if you crash it for any reason, you can get a replacement from DJI for $900, twice in 1 years time. This service can be extended for up to 3 years at a time.
You can also purchase a Worry Free Plus upgrade. This provides you FREE unlimited replacements in a years time. But this MUST be activated instead of the Basic as you cannot switch from one to the other after one has been activated. You cannot buy the Basic and then upgrade to the Plus down the road.
At DDR we have liability insurance, but don't utilize hull insurance to actually insure the drone itself, since this DJI Care Enterprise package works so well for us. We have replaced a number of drones through the program, and they even offer to ship out a replacement drone before receiving your crashed drone if you agree to a hold on your credit card.
