The smart charge case for the Matrice 30T requires an output of 800W sustained to charge. We recommend using a small 1000W+ generator while working. Truck chargers mostly do not exceed 400W – 500W, so unfortunately, the plug in your truck will not be good enough unless specified otherwise. Use a surge protector where possible.
Adhere to the label inside the lid of the case as well and what instructions are given as far as charging and maintenance.
